the exclusive amenities were superb, including the spa and wellness centre with a sauna, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and Turkish bath. the massage and spa treatments were exceptional. the friendly and attentive staff fulfilled all our needs, and the Halal food served in the restaurant was delicious.

The leisure/TV room was quite small. this minor issue did not affect our overall experience.

Neat and tidy hotel with excellent service and a warm welcome. Spacious rooms and bathrooms with a great view from the top floor. Impressive gym facilities including a swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath. Helpful and friendly staff at the reception, entrance, and bar. Quick response from the reception regarding room preferences.

The location of the hotel is not ideal for those who want to be close to historical sites, but it is conveniently located near public transportation. The blue mosque is a short bus ride away. The hotel is also nestled in a quieter area away from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions. The breakfast spread is impressive and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with modern amenities.

The check-in process could be smoother.

Staff at this establishment are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The hotel provides complimentary parking and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast options are impressive and the service for in-room dining is excellent. The overall experience makes it an easy decision to return for another stay.

The hotel is clean, I loved its very good location and staff. Topkapi district certainly deserves to be visited.

The hotel was a nice place for enjoying a good area, adjacent to restaurants or shops, city centre and public transport. We had incredible and outstanding breakfasts with good choices.

The hotel staff at reception and concierge were very helpful and friendly. They made us feel welcome and provided great service. The size of the rooms was good, awesome for a comfortable stay. The maid service was excellent, keeping the rooms clean and providing excellent room service.

The location of the hotel was not ideal. It was surrounded by cemeteries and industrial factories, made for an unpleasant atmosphere.

I loved the hotel, it was beautiful and clean with perfect location next to cemetery. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room and bathroom were non-smoking. Exceptional employees. Thanks to a perfect service I had an excellent stay😀

The best part were the pleasant staff. The venue was set in the central position just off city centre, cemetery, Center.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The room was very comfortable, with a big bed and a clean bathroom. The breakfast was awesome and there were many options to choose from. The hotel facilities were great, and I especially enjoyed using the spa and fitness center. The staff were friendly and made my stay enjoyable. The hotel was conveniently located near my hospital and really close to the metro station, making transportation easy.
